Tom completed the ground work in a few hours a job that would have taken me 4 days if I'd done self hire. Incredibly precise work around tree roots that I thought we'd have to cut through.

 Tom and Annie are brilliant. They have a great understanding of customers needs and are raising the customer service standard of the industry. I contacted them early on a Saturday morning and had a response within minutes. By 9am I’d collected two good quality pieces of plant at a fair rate. They collected the kit when they said they would, completing the outstanding service they provide. Will certainly be using Viper again and will spread the word!

 Hired a 1.6t digger and 1t dumper from viper and all we can say is how amazing they were machines are top notch as is the team, very friendly and accommodating the process was quick and simple and machines were dropped off when i asked exactly,amazing quality and amazing prices,will definitely be using them again,thank you guys.

 I don’t often write a review, and don’t see a need to when a company delivers the service which you pay for. However, Tom & Annie don’t fall into that category, from the first call to the finished job they were both excellent. Annie’s approach and helpfulness is almost second to none in the industry I’ve come across, couple this with Tom’s ability and resourcefulness they make a brilliant team and a fantastic company to hire.
I used Viper for dig out service along with equipment hire, and I would fully recommend using them, in fact I have already to a few people. I will be using Viper again for any further works.
