 Yes, we provide a delivery and collection service:

Free Delivery within Wellington
Delivery charge dependant on mileage from our yard (postcode required to confirm)

Collection available from our yard! (must have a suitable trailer for towing equipment, trailers also available for hire at request)

 We are happy to hire to everyone! . For first-time customers, we require two forms of ID:

• One must be a photo card driving license / passport
• The other must be a recent utility bill

 We do not require formal qualifications to hire equipment.

• If you’re unsure about operating a machine, we’re happy to provide basic training upon delivery.
• It is the hirer’s responsibility to determine if their situation requires formal training or certification.

We offer an insurance waiver for 15% of the hire rate per hire, covering accidental damage and theft up to a set limit, with a small excess contribution required.

Trade customers – We still recommend having hired-in plant insurance for full coverage.
on-trade customers – Check your home insurance policy to confirm if it includes hired equipment, if not our insurance is required with the hire.

If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged without the waiver, the hirer will be responsible for covering the full cost of repair or replacement.

 A tidy machine is appreciated but not required, however we do ask if possible that all debris be cleared from the digger tracks/buckets prior to collection.

 Any extra charge for cleaning will be discussed on collection. For example, clay/concrete. 

 All our machines will be delivered with a full tank, so please return with the same level – if not replaced the charge will be £2 per litre. MUST BE WHITE DIESEL ONLY. All our machines are clearly labelled if they are petrol or diesel.

Using the incorrect fuel can cause significant damage.

•  It is the hirer’s responsibility to follow proper fueling guidelines, which are provided with the machine & on the contract.
• Any damage caused by improper fuel will result in repair charges (replacement of filters)

Please note: Customers are not required to refill them, and extra no charge will be applied if returned empty apart from the refuelling litreage charge as mentioned above.

Yes absolutely, operated plant hire is available upon request.
